Your Just Rewards

“Great things are not done by impulse, but by a series of small things brought together.” –Vincent Van Gogh

In the past few months, you performed the very hard work of getting to know yourself and setting long and short-term goals.  You learned, with you Brain and Body total body THRIVE exercises and how to use them in a circuit.  Your Brain was de-cluttered by the implementation of list-making, and I hope, by accounting for your past successes, your just rewards and by going deep with people you love, you are feeling more Bliss.

Make a list of your accomplishments over the last few months.  Have you met your goals?  Compare yourself from when you started to now:  How have your BODY and BRAIN changed?

  1. MOVE: Know Your Numbers
  • Has your weight changed?
